Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants

Osorno offers a variety of maintenance programs for water and wastewater treatment plants. We tailor each program to the needs of our client. We will assist in developing maintenance specifications based on the information you and your consulting engineer provide us. These specifications will be part of a future maintenance contract.

Each maintenance session will include performance verification.

Performance verification consists of on-site and laboratory testing, as well as process adjustments to help maximize your plant's performance. The required performance verification will be outlined in the maintenance agreement.

Osorno offers three levels of maintenance programs: Silver, Gold and Platinum.

All maintenance programs not only include on-site emergency service within 48 hours of an emergency call (not including travel time), but also 24/7 technical support.

Above all, we recommend adding remote monitoring to each maintenance program.

• Our Silver plan covers a set number of preventative maintenance visits per year, on-site and laboratory testing, and process adjustment.  Parts for maintenance are extra.
• Our Gold plan includes preventative maintenance visits, parts for maintenance, on-site and laboratory testing, and process adjustments.
• Our Platinum plan includes preventative maintenance visits, parts required for maintenance, spare parts for the plant (in case of on-site equipment failure), an annual supply of treatment chemicals, testing consumables, on-site and laboratory testing, and process adjustments.

Following each maintenance visit, Osorno will provide a maintenance and performance verification report, which will include a maintenance log and recommendations for the inventory kept at the plant.
